How do I return faulty equipment for repair

In the unlikely event of a failure of equipment under warranty please call us and we will arrange for it to be returned and repaired. Tears in the material or broken rods are not covered under warranty.

If your tent is not under warranty then call us and we will arrange for a repair of your tent. Most tents are repaired and returned in under two weeks.

What is the delivery time of a new tent

Standard tents are normally delivered within 5 - 15 working days from order. Tents with logos will normally take from 4 - 8 weeks from receipt of order and art work, this depends on how busy the production floor is.
